Site Safety Supervisor

Monitor and enforce all safety rules, regulations, and procedures at the construction site

Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify potential hazards

Ensure all workers comply with PPE requirements at all times

Implement and maintain safe work practices in accordance with company policies and legal requirements

Organize and conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and training sessions

Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports

Ensure proper housekeeping practices (including 3S/5S: Sort, Set, Shine) are implemented on site

Monitor high-risk activities and ensure proper control measures are in place

Liaise with contractors, workers, and management on safety-related matters

Maintain and update all safety records, reports, and documentation

Ensure emergency response plans are in place and conduct drills when necessary

Promote safety awareness and continuous improvement on site
