Site Supervisor

Lai Pau Construction Sdn Bhd, a leading construction company based in Melaka Tengah, Melaka, is seeking a talented Site Supervisor to join their team. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in responsible for supervising and coordinating daily site activities to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently and according to project specifications. What you'll be doing

1) Follow instructions from the Project Manager

2) Manage and monitor site equipment, material and workforce for daily operations

3) Prepare and complete daily site reports

4) Assist Project Manager in overseeing overall site activities

5) Supervise construction workers and subcontractors, and organize staff schedules

6) Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes

7) Check that work meets quality standards and project specifications

8) Manage the ordering and delivery of construction materials

9) Report project progress to project manager and senior management

10) Participate in site coordination and management meetings

11) Maintain accurate site records and documentation



What we're looking for

1) Minimum Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field

2) Minimum 1 to 3 years experiences in site supervision, construction or related field is a plus

3) Understanding of construction methods, materials, equipment, building regulations and safety regulations

4) Ability to organize and coordinate site activities

5) Ability to read and interpreting construction plans, drawings and specifications

6) Ability to use Microsoft Office and basic project management software

7) Good communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively manage and coordinate teams

8) Strong problem-solving, decision making and conflict resolutions skills

9) Time management and organizational skills

10) Willing to travel to various sites

11) Fresh graduates encourage to apply
