Sourcing Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a Sourcing Executive to support our sheet metal and fabrication purchasing needs. You will work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure quality, cost, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Source and manage subcontractors for sheet metal fabrication, machining, welding, and finishing.

Negotiate pricing, delivery lead times, and quality requirements.

Track supplier performance and follow up on on-time delivery.

Work with Production and QA to resolve supply issues.

Maintain supplier records and prepare simple sourcing reports.

Perform other related tasks as required.



Job Requirements

Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience in sheet metal.

Minimum 1 year of experience in sourcing or procurement.

Computer literate (Microsoft Office, email, ERP is a bonus).

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Able to work independently and in a fast‑paced environment.
