Job Description

Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service & Relationship Management
-Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or in person in a professional and timely manner.
-Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and delivery timelines.
-Resolve customer issues promptly within established guidelines; escalate complex matters to management when necessary.
-Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
-Collect and analyze customer feedback to support continuous service improvement.
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints in the system.

2. Order Management
-Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in the Jeeves ERP system.
-Verify order details, pricing, and delivery requirements to ensure accuracy.
-Prioritize and expedite orders based on customer needs and inventory availability.
-Coordinate closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.

3. Logistics & Inventory Coordination
-Coordinate shipment of goods, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and delivery schedules.
-Monitor inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock availability to meet customer demand.
-Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
-Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
-Work closely with Sales, Production, Warehouse, and Finance teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
-Support internal communication to resolve order-related issues efficiently.
-Identify opportunities for process improvements in customer service and logistics operations and implement enhancements where applicable.

5. Reporting & Documentation
-Prepare and submit regular reports on customer service performance and logistics activities.
-Maintain proper documentation and filing for audit and compliance purposes.
-Ensure data accuracy in ERP and reporting systems.

Requirements
Education
-Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent.

Experience
-3–5 years of experience in a Customer Service or Logistics role.
-Experience working with ERP systems (experience with Jeeves ERP is an advantage).
