-Proven experience in general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) in a hotel or facility environment.

-Knowledge of maintenance and repair of guest room systems and equipment.

-Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Basic knowledge of safety and health regulations.

-Ability to handle guest complaints and maintenance requests professionally and courteously.

-Good communication skills and attention to detail.
