Job Description

Responsibility:

Assist in general office administrative tasks such as filing and organizing documents.

Assist in manage office supplies inventory and replenish as needed.

Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.

Support in coordinating office event and function if any.

Any other ad hoc task assigned from time to time.

Qualification:

Currently pursuing a degree in business administration or related field.

Basic communication skills, both written and verbal in English, Mandarin and Malaysia.

Proficient in basic computer applications for record-keeping.

Willing to learn and take on new challenges

Possess own transport.
