CORE Responsibilities

Business Requirement Analysis & Transfer

Convert high-level business requirement, process into technical action plans

Define clear deliverables: Epics, user stories, process flowcharts

Pain point identification and resolution through stakeholder communication.

System Process & Solution Design

E2E process mapping (as-is/to-be states, gap analysis)

Design scalable solutions for cross-system integration (ERP/CRM/data platforms)

Prototype validation with tools like Figma/Axure.

Agile-Centric Delivery

Prioritize backlogs using agile model

Execute sprint-driven development (2-3 week cycles)



Key Requirement

✔ Hard Skills

5+ years in business analysis with complex system solution experience.

Proficiency in JIRA/Confluence (backlog refinement), Visio/PPT(process design, presentation), SQL

Fluent English is a must, Mandarin will be a plus.

✔ Soft Skills

Bridge technical teams and business stakeholders

Simplify technical jargon for non-tech audiences

Prioritize under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

◆ Sales domain expertise (PC sales or GSC ecosystem preferred)

Experience in building IT products(channel partner management portal, claims process portal, incentive commission, bidding, contract) for Global Sales organization preferred.

◆In house system design and delivery experience.
