Not a Typical Management Trainee Role
We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Management Trainee to support the CEO Office in both strategic and operational follow-through — from cross-departmental discussions to making sure that the meeting room table isn’t wobbling anymore.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to work closely with top leadership, learn how decisions are made (and executed), and isn’t afraid to chase things down, even when they seem "too small".
⚠️ Why Not Just Call This a Personal Assistant (PA) Role?
We get it — the title “PA” often comes with outdated baggage:
"A passive gatekeeper. A message-forwarder. A human email filter."
That’s NOT what we’re hiring for.
We’re not looking to add another communication layer between top management and the team.
We want to streamline communication, not block it.
We want someone who will push things forward, not let them fade into chats or dusty to-do lists.
Think of this role as the action-taker and follow-through engine of the CEO Office — someone who helps make sure what’s discussed, decided, and dreamed of… actually gets done.
What's your role?
Prepare for meetings: gather relevant data, verify accuracy, brief departments ahead of time.
Coordinate and follow through: keep track of action items discussed (even the minor ones – like arranging for touch up work for outlet wear and tear).
Cross-check and observe: visit offices and outlets to spot wear and tear or operational issues.
Arrange recurring check-ins: set up monthly/quarterly meetings with key stakeholders that the CEO doesn’t see often
Make things move: help ensure decisions don’t get buried in chats — push for execution.
What's the skill required?
Good command (both spoken and written) in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Fresh graduates encouraged – we value mindset more than experience.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and naturally curious.
Fast learner, able to connect dots and see what needs to be done.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Comfortable switching between big-picture planning and ground-level checking.
