Job Description

1. Property Management & Inspection

Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, equipment functionality, and supply availability

Supervise housekeeping staff and monitor cleaning quality

Report and coordinate repairs to maintain property operability

2. Guest Acquisition & Online Operations

Manage listings on major booking platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Xiaohongshu, etc.)

Upload new listings, update pricing, and adjust rates during peak seasons

Handle customer inquiries, bookings, reviews, and complaints

3. Property Sourcing

Identify potential new properties for homestay

Negotiate with landlords and assist in onboarding new listings

4. Basic Marketing Support

Take or coordinate photos of homestay

Assist with creating promotional content for social media to boost visibility and bookings

Job Requirements

Possess at least Diploma or above in Hospitality, Tourism, Property Management, or a related field (equivalent experience also considered).

Minimum of 1 years’ experience in hospitality, property management, or short-term rental operations.

Excellent communication skills, sales & marketing skills and negotiations skill

Able to work independently in changing and multi-tasking environment.

Proficient in Mandarin, English and Malay (Spoken & Written)."We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients."
