Job Scope / Responsibilities:
Operate the cash register: process payments by cash, card, or e-wallet, and issue receipts.

Perform daily stock count and assist in monthly inventory checks.

Arrange and display items neatly on shelves according to store standards.

Replenish stock when items are low and ensure product labels/prices are accurate.

Keep cashier counter and store area clean and tidy at all times.

Assist customers with inquiries and provide product information when needed.

Report any stock discrepancies or damages to the supervisor.

Support overall store operations including light cleaning or packing tasks when required.

Job Requirements:

Able to start immediately or within short notice.

Must be able to speak Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.

Previous cashier or retail experience is an advantage but not required.

Responsible, punctual, honest, and able to work independently.

Friendly and good communication skills.

Willing to work on weekends or public holidays, if required.

Willing to work for 6 working days (9AM - 5PM or 12PM - 8PM).

Willing to work at Forest City, Gelang Patah Johor
