Job Description

Requirements

Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounting and administrative roles.
Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken, is essential to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and colleagues.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite applications.
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
Proven ability to manage accounts, maintain accurate records, and perform data entry tasks efficiently.
Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to provide comprehensive administrative support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges in a proactive and efficient manner.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing company documents and records.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, performing data entry and reconciliation tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and vendors, providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries in a professional manner.
Support the account management team by preparing quotations, processing orders, and tracking sales performance, contributing to the overall success of the department.
Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and resolve accounting and administrative issues, implementing effective solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
