Job Description
-To establish the creative marketing activities plan to drive traffic, user acquisition, conversion, and retention for sales; prioritizing gaps and quantifying progress in line with KPl's for business priorities and maximize the ROI.
-To develop project targets and ensure effective and efficient execution to achieve the set target.
-To coordinate and execute growth campaigns aligning all market-facing functions.
-Work with team to build and monitor a marketing activities data infrastructure to analyses user behavior, targeted campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
-Constantly seek new channels and opportunities for creative marketing activities to lift Proton brand, maximize the market voices well as encourage the sales.
-Cross marketing with reputable brands to leverage of each other's customer database and offer mutual benefits/privileges for sales stimulation and brand lift.
-Budget monitoring for marketing activation and report on routine basis.
-Collect, analyze, and interpret information and Data obtained from various external and internal sources for reporting purposes including but not limited to weekly Marketing Communication & Activation (MCA) report. monthly Sales & Marketing Conference presentation. MCA Annual Management Planning (AMP) and MCA Mid-Year Review (MYR).
Online activities:
-To develop and execute creative online marketing activities to lift.
-Proton brand, maximize the market voice as well as encourage the sales.
-Online marketing activities guideline construction and enhancement for both HQ and outlet level.
-Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the market insights.
-Budget and KPI preparation, monitoring and tracking.
On-ground marketing activities:
-To lead & manage event plans; conduct needs analysis, identify key event objectives, additional event plans, timelines, KPI setting, assign and manage work provided by contributors as needed for successful event execution.
-Lead on overall on-ground marketing activities management and contribute to the crafting of overall Marketing communication strategy and action plan. Specific responsibilities include the following:
1.Pre-program planning and process management.
2.Risk assessment and management.
3.Creative Concept/Idea generation.
4.Internal client and vendor management.
5.Attendee/Onsite Management.
6.Budget preparation and monitoring.
7.Driver of planned project weekly meetings for assigned projects.
8.Develop Event Organizer (EO) briefing deck & management briefing deck.
9.Develop approval paper, management deck, post-mortem report and submit within the timeline given.
10.Develop the event related PR and digital strategy & action plan and execute accordingly.
11.Integrate on ground marketing activities with all media and digital touch points to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Others:
-Manage internal stakeholders, cross functional event operations team, creative team, agencies, and key vendors responsible for specific functional areas of each event.
-Measure impact and results. Evaluate progress, performance, and results against defined metrics. Continue to evaluate and improve processes, resources, and/or structure to gain productivity and other program improvements.
-Ensure tasks, updates, project components, and owners are correctly assigned and on track.
-To undertake any ad-hoc requirements by management as and when required.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Experience
-Minimum 5 years of progressive marketing activities experience required, including both on-ground event and social media marketing campaign.
-Minimum 5 years of marketing activities project management experience.
Specific Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
-Onsite experience for massive on-ground event management is required (Project investment is more than RM1 Million).
-Social Media Campaign Management experience is value add (Campaign investment is more than RM 300,000).
-Automotive industry marketing activities experience is value add.
