Responsibilities
-Develop marketing strategies and campaigns for existing and new products.
-Coordinate and organize promotional events, including logistics, material delivery, and on-site staff management.
-Plan and execute offline campaigns to promote products and enhance brand awareness.
-Manage field marketing activities: flyer distribution, education fairs, roadshows, and promotional events at strategic locations.
-Lead and train the Creative, Marketing & Sales (CMS) Department team.
-Review current marketing campaigns, identify weaknesses, and develop effective solutions within budget constraints.
-Analyze website click-to-purchase conversion rates and evaluate the effectiveness of promotions to determine key sales drivers.
-Identify potential new markets and develop strategic plans to penetrate the education market.
-Manage corporate branding and increase company brand awareness.
-Proficient in handling social media platforms for business purposes, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others.
-Creative in generating viral video and poster content, as well as engaging social media copy and postings.
-Experience in running Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, and TikTok Ads is an added advantage.
-Plan and execute all web campaigns, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
-Design, build, and maintain the company's social media presence.
-Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess results against ROI and KPI goals.
-Identify market trends and insights to optimize marketing spend and performance.
-Initiate and implement new growth strategies through creative digital marketing.
-Plan, execute, and evaluate experiments and conversion tests.
-Collaborate with internal teams to develop landing pages and improve user experience (UX).
