Job Responsibilities:

1.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the construction machinery market.

2.Lead and manage the sales team, provide training and coaching to improve team performance.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.

4.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and report back to the company for strategic decision - making.

Compensation Package

1. Basic Salary:

The basic salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience and skills level.

2. Sales Incentives:

The sales incentives are based on the type of machinery sold.
Basic Commission RM1,500-RM12,000.
