Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Procurement Executive to drive procurement operations, cost optimization, and supplier performance. This is a high-impact role for proactive individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy cross-functional collaboration. You will contribute to strategic projects that strengthen our supply chain and overall business growth.


Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement of HPL and related products, ensuring smooth supply and cost efficiency

Lead, mentor, and guide junior procurement staff to achieve daily goals

Plan and maintain inventory levels for seamless production flow

Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers for the best value

Monitor deliveries and proactively resolve supplier or logistics issues

Identify cost-saving initiatives and implement supplier performance improvement strategies

Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal procurement policies

Collaborate with R&D, production, and operations teams on new product launches and strategic projects



Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 3 years of procurement experience, preferably in manufacturing or construction materials

Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills

Proven ability to lead and motivate a small team

Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in Multiple Languages to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders (Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia）
