Job Description

Responsibilities

To train and follow up on all employees and franchisees with the skills and knowledge required for them to perform their respective job functions at an acceptable level.

Conduct training for new employees, including 7Academy programs (New Employee Training Program, New Manager Training Program, Food Handler Training & QA PRP Training).

Conduct management training classes (Advance Training/Expert Training/Executive Training Program for Operations/HQ Executives or any other classes related to the curriculum).

Conduct and plan supplementary classes (Ordering, Handling Customer Complaints, and New Process Training Programs) or any other additional classes required for store teams or related departments.

Conduct and follow up on NDTS Program (National Dual Training System) in the assigned area consistently.

Plan and conduct refresher courses for Store Crew, Store Managers, Supervisors, and Assistant Managers when required.

Train the Trainer Executive/Senior Officer/Officer and monitor/follow up on their performance.

Act as Buddy Trainer during class and liaise with Trainers on class schedules and preparation.

Implement all training activities in accordance with company policies and objectives.

Update and follow up with Regional Training Centres and Training Stores on issues related to training.

Identify training needs for the assigned region and develop relevant training plans.

Visit stores and conduct corrective coaching whenever necessary.

Conduct classes at outstation stores when required.

Develop curriculum materials such as learning manuals, class presentations, ICT modules, Trainer’s Guides, SOPs, and other resources as required, and ensure timely updates.

Support all new training and curriculum rollouts to ensure timely and effective execution nationwide.

Implement certification and verification processes for new classes related to the curriculum for both trainees and trainers.

Maintain and update all training records, materials, and training aids accurately and promptly.

Prepare weekly/monthly training reports, HR summaries, and class results for submission to the Training Admin.

Ensure the Training Centre is well equipped and maintained, including tools, furniture, and other equipment.

Participate in other training initiatives and programs planned by the Training Department when required.

Plan, follow up, and execute training plans and classes for franchisees.

Conduct “Train the Trainer” programs for Trainers/Area Trainers when required.

Perform audit training for the assigned area and monitor audit training under the care of Trainer/Area Trainer.

Perform any other duties and responsibilities as required by Management.


Accountability

Training Program Execution: Ensure timely and effective delivery of training programs (technical, soft skills, onboarding, and compliance). Maintain high standards of training quality and learner engagement.

Training Needs Assessment: Regularly assess employee training needs in collaboration with HR and department heads. Align training initiatives with skill gaps and workforce development goals.

Training Content Development: Develop or coordinate the creation of relevant, engaging, and up-to-date training content tailored to various employee levels and functions.

LMS and Records Management: Ensure accurate tracking of attendance, performance, and feedback through the LMS, maintaining all records per audit and compliance standards.

Evaluation and Reporting: Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and key performance metrics. Provide timely reports on training activities and ROI.

Compliance and Mandatory Training: Ensure all mandatory and compliance-related training are delivered and documented according to legal and policy requirements.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department managers, HR, and other departments to coordinate and enhance training efforts.

Span of Control

Evaluation and certification of trainees.

Planning and scheduling training classes.

Conducting corrective coaching during store visits.

Authority to refuse trainees not meeting punctuality or dress code standards.

As per Company’s Authority Limits.
