Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

· Plan, organize, coordinate and direct day to day administrative, risk and sustainability functions.

· Coordinate and/or make purchases and payments, according to Company’s procedures and communicate with other Head of department and suppliers as and when required.

· Coordinate and communicate with farms/head office on administrative matters.

· Process sales orders and documentation, coordinate transport and delivery, and communicate with the Sales or Customer as and when required.

· To comply with the requirements of the documented Quality Management System.

· To update & maintain all quality system related documents & records and ensure all quality records are kept & filed properly.

· Ensure complete documentation of Work Instructions (WI), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and other related policies.

· Maintain and update documentation related to Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Compliance & Governance Steering Committee (CGSC).

· Coordinate review, approval, and distribution of controlled documents to ensure consistency and version control.

· Assist departments in developing or revising SOPs and ensuring compliance with approved processes.

· Maintain a central repository for all governance and compliance documents.

· Act as the liaison between departments on compliance, governance, and administrative matters.

· Monitor progress of compliance and governance-related action plans.



Person Specifications:

Education & Qualification

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.



Relevant Experience & Years of Service

· Minimum 5 years’ experience at Administration and Compliance.



Technical Skills & Professional Knowledge

· Display a high degree of accuracy, attention to details and the discipline to follow up outstanding matters.

· Detail-oriented, good interpersonal skills, team player and possesses self-initiative.

· Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with employees and stakeholders.

· Experienced in executing and improving procedures.

· Able to engage in a professional and collaborative manner with internal and external stakeholders.

· Well verse in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in SAP environment, Microsoft Outlook, Team and OneDrive is an added advantage.

· Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
