Job Description:

1. Human Resource Operations
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle — recruitment, onboarding, transfers, contract renewals and exits management.
• Handle cross-border employment, visas, and travel documentation.
• Maintain HR records and support payroll, benefits, and international assignments.

2. Talent Management & Employee Relations
• Support performance reviews, training, and career development.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives across regions.
• Provide HR policy guidance and foster a positive, inclusive culture.

3. Policy & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with labor and employment laws and international regulations.
• Stay updated on immigration, taxation, and statutory matters.
• Support HR audits and internal reviews.

4. Administration & Office Support
• Oversee office operations, travel, and asset management.
• Coordinate logistics for trips, training, and company events.
• Manage vendors and ensure smooth communication across offices.

5. Continuous Improvement
• Enhance HR and Admin efficiency through process and system improvements.
• Support digitalization and uphold global HR standards.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection (P&C)

• Safeguard all employee information, payroll details and company documents with strict confidentiality.
• Exercise sound judgement and discretion when handling sensitive HR and management information.

•Ensure compliance with company confidentiality policies, PDPA and data protection standards.

Qualifications & experience
1.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2.Experience: A minimum of 5 years in HR and Admin experience, preferably in an international or regional role.
3.Industry Experience: Good knowledge of labour laws, visa/ work permit regulations, and international HR practices.
4.Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
5.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with the capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
6.Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
