Job Description

Core Responsibilities:
-Assist in preparing purchase orders, requisitions, and other procurement-related documents.
-Maintain and update all procurement records, including:
-Supplier information
-Contracts and pricing terms
-Delivery dates and reconciliation records
-Follow up order status:
-Track shipment and delivery times
-Handle issues such as delivery delays and quantity/quality discrepancies
-Communicate procurement needs with internal teams:
-Production / Warehouse / Sales / Installation teams
-Assist in supplier selection, evaluation, and daily communication.
-Organize and analyze procurement data to help optimize procurement processes and costs.
-Perform other administrative tasks related to procurement and inbound/outbound shipments.
-Based on your provided key responsibilities:
-Procurement and inbound/outbound arrangements
-Monitor production output and material availability
-Daily communication, negotiation, and reconciliation with suppliers
-Sales returns processing and order tracking
-Coordinate with various departments within the company (sales, customer service, warehouse, installation team, etc.) to ensure smooth arrangement of goods and materials.

🙋‍♀️ We are looking for:

Basic Requirements:
-At least 2 years of relevant work experience (purchasing/warehousing/administration), with preference given to candidates with manufacturing, logistics, or e-commerce backgrounds.
-Strong organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Detail-oriented, sensitive to numbers and documents, able to identify and proactively solve problems.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel/Word.
-Able to communicate effectively with different departments and suppliers, patient and courteous.
-Understand basic purchasing processes, payment procedures, and good purchasing habits.
-Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.

We particularly value:
-Practical hands-on skills (e.g., willingness to work in the warehouse, count inventory, verify orders, inspect goods).
-Enjoy analyzing, planning, and optimizing processes, rather than simply passively following instructions.
-Proficient in Excel/ERP systems (experience with ERPNext is a huge plus!).

Bonus Points:
-Interested in IoT/smart home/smart electric door products.
-Experience in purchasing electronic or mechanical parts.
-Experience with Chinese platforms (e.g., Taobao/...) Experience dealing with 1688 (a Chinese e-commerce platform), and knowledgeable in comparing prices and selecting high-quality suppliers.
