Responsibilities:
-To follow up closely with supplier on the delivery date.
-To update the delivery date in the system promptly.
-To negotiate the price for existing and new materials.
-To handle all incoming shipment which rejected by QA department including indent purchase.
-To follow up with supplier for the replacement quantity with a schedule date including indent purchase.
-To monitor and send vendor performance report / assessment report to supplier for both local & indent purchase.
-Accountable for the preparation, analysis and management of purchasing reports.

Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary / STPM or Diploma.
-Computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel, knowledge of SAP system will be an added advantage.
-At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas.
