RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Handle sales inquiries, consistently follow up with the sales representative and answer any questions or concerns.
-Prepare quotation, sales invoice, follow up, sales report and other ad-hoc work related to sales.
-Assisting sales team in all aspects of sales processes, documentation, administrative support and delivery arrangements.
-Handle incoming shipment and perform inventory arrangement.
-Liaise with vendors on order, costing and product sourcing.
-Coordinate and able to work closely with other departments to ensure smooth processing and delivery
-Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time.


REQUIREMENTS:
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
-Required language(s) : English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
-Having experience in Auto Count System will be added advantage
-Computer literacy (MS Office)
-Able to work independently with minimum supervision
-Teamwork, problem solving, patience, able to work under pressure
-Clear and professional communication with customers and internal teams.
-Can start work immediately will be added advantage
