Key Responsibilities
Daily Shipping Operations
-Handle daily import and export activities including booking, shipment scheduling, documentation, and coordination with freight forwarders.
-Prepare and verify shipping documents: Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Order, K1/K2 forms, BL/AWB.
-Monitor shipment status and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
-Liaise with internal departments (Warehouse, Production, Purchasing) for shipping arrangement.

LMW Compliance
-Manage and maintain all LMW-related documentation and records.
-Prepare monthly and annual LMW reports and submissions to Customs.
-Ensure accurate record-keeping for raw materials, finished goods, and stock movement in/out of LMW premises.
-Handle ZB, ZP, PC1, and other LMW-related forms.
-Support LMW audits and inspections carried out by Customs.

Customs & Duty Management
-Ensure correct HS Code classification for all incoming and outgoing goods.
-Manage duty exemption applications where applicable (MITI, ATA Carnet, etc.).
-Handle customs clearance issues and liaise with relevant authorities.
-Ensure 100% compliance with customs laws, regulations, and LMW guidelines.

Documentation & System Control
-Maintain accurate shipment records in system or Excel tracking.
-Verify and ensure accuracy of all shipping, customs, and logistics documents.
-Improve and standardize shipping and customs processes.


Requirements
Experience & Skills
-Minimum 3–5 years of experience in shipping, logistics, customs, or LMW-related roles.
-Strong knowledge of LMW regulations (Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse).
-Familiar with customs documentation: K1, K2, PC1, ZB/ZP, CO, BL/AWB, etc.
-Good understanding of HS codes and duty exemption procedures.
-Experience liaising with Royal Malaysian Customs, freight forwarders, and MITI.

Education
-Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
-Equivalent work experience is acceptable.

Competencies
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
-Good communication and coordination skills.
-Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Strong sense of responsibility, compliance, and urgency.
-Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).

Additional Advantages
-Experience in electronics manufacturing or PCBA industry.
-Knowledge of ERP systems for shipping & inventory.
-Previous involvement in LMW audits.
