Job Descriptions:
-Responsible to research - obtain quotations, negotiate, and purchase the best price and quality materials, equipment, and services.
-Evaluate suppliers and vendors in terms of their quality standards, delivery time, and prices as well as ensure they meet the standard requirements by Company.
-Build and manage good rapport with the suppliers to ensure the continuity of good quality of the materials, equipment, and services.
-Deal with the suppliers on any issue regarding product qualities, product replacement, and discrepancies with the orders.
-Responsible for planning, issuing, and following up on Purchasing Orders delivery and shipment schedules.
-Advise internal and external on issues regarding purchasing Terms & Conditions.
-Undertake any others ad-hoc duties as assigned.
-Working location: Banting, Selangor

Job Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Diploma preferably in Science field.
-Must be able to communicate (read & write) in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
-At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Possess problem solving capability to resolve any supply, quality and service issue with supplier as well as internal department.
-Posses strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as negotiation skills.
