Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & HR Operations

Manage the full spectrum of the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, job advertisement postings, interview coordination and participation, background screening, and arrangement of
pre-employment medical examinations.

Work closely with Hiring Managers to fulfil approved manpower requisitions within the stipulated timeline.

Prepare and issue HR-related correspondence, including Letters of Appointment, confirmation letters, transfer letters, contract renewals, and other employment-related documents.

Coordinate and participate in job and career fairs.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, personnel files, and P&C information.

Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including company familiarization, induction programs, and follow-up on required documentation.

Ensure the organization chart is updated promptly upon new hires or staff movements.

Prepare and update monthly staff movement reports.

Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters and respond to employees’ HR-related enquiries.



Learning & Development

Plan, coordinate, and execute training and development programs for employees.

Assist in developing the annual training plan and training budget for management approval.

Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify and address organizational and employee development needs.

Liaise with HRD Corp on grant applications, claims submission and related documentation.

Coordinate training logistics, including sourcing training providers, liaising with Heads of Department on participant nominations and arranging venues, materials and refreshments.

Serve as the coordinator and observer for in-house training sessions

Evaluate training effectiveness and collect feedback from participants.

Coordinate external training programs, including registration and payment processes.

Maintain and update the master training records and database.



Employee Engagement

Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and activities.

Assist in developing the annual employee engagement plan and budget for management approval.

Conduct employee engagement surveys as required.

Coordinate engagement activities with internal and external stakeholders.

Promote and encourage staff participation in engagement programs.



Job Requirements

Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, with a minimum of four (2) years’ relevant working experience.

Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Strong knowledge of Employment Law and HR policies.

Hands-on experience in utilizing HRMS / HRIS systems to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, employee database maintenance, and HR reporting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport across all levels of employees.

Resourceful, well-organized, and strong in coordination and problem-solving.

Energetic, independent, and highly committed.

High level of integrity with strong work ethics.

Able to work effectively under pressure.
