Qualifications: Certificate, Diploma, or higher in Engineering, Construction, or related fields.

Language: Basic proficiency in Malay or English.

Internship Duration: Minimum 3 months.

A combination of technical skills such as site management, the use of measurement tools, and workplace safety, along with abilities in time management, teamwork, communication, and leadership in a dynamic environment.



Job Description:

Site Supervision

Ensure all work on-site is carried out according to plans, technical specifications, and the set schedule.

Monitor contractor work to ensure quality standards are met.

Resolve technical or logistical issues that arise on-site.

2. Planning and Scheduling

Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly work schedules to ensure smooth project progress.

Coordinate activities between the construction team, contractors, and stakeholders.

Report progress to the Project Manager.

3. Safety and Risk Monitoring

Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations (OSHA or equivalent).

Conduct daily or weekly safety briefings for workers.

Oversee the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by workers on-site.

4. Quality Control

Ensure building materials and work meet the standards specified in the contract or specifications.

Conduct regular inspections on ongoing work.

Manage documentation such as inspection reports and work handover documents.

5. Material and Equipment Coordination

Monitor the delivery of building materials to ensure sufficient stock and compliance with specifications.

Supervise the efficient use of construction equipment.

Manage equipment damage or report maintenance needs.

6. Documentation and Reporting

Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports on the project's status.

Record issues, delays, or changes to the scope of work.

Maintain project documentation including drawings, design changes, and inspection forms.

7. Communication with Stakeholders

Act as a liaison between management, clients, and workers on-site.

Report project issues or developments to the Project Manager.

Attend site meetings to ensure all parties align with the project objectives.
