Responsibility for plant-wide equipment build and automation.

Provide solution to worlwide transceiver manufacturing process needs.

Responsible for all electrical/electronics & software related needs of an automated equipment

Apply lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste in the production process, and implement improvement projects.

Responsible for building process equipment and factory automation needs from concept to realization.

Communication skill to communicate and interface well with peers, enhance teamwork

Derive Continual Improvement and use of resources

Performing any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.

Practice Risk Base Thinking in planning and execution of task.

Compliance to ISO Requirements, company rules & regulations, applicable codes etc.

Requirements:

Candidates without above qualification but with minimum 5 years relevant experience could be considered.

Good knowledge of automated machine software, PLC and PC based, automation and electromechanical design.

Candidates without appropriate experience may be accepted by the hiring manager subject to job nature, availability of buddy, duration of learning, etc.
