Commercial Modeling: Build robust business cases and ROI models to justify product investments and secure stakeholder buy-in for new features or pivots.

End-to-End Execution: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery while maintaining high standards of technical quality.

Market Intelligence: Conduct rigorous market and user analysis to identify high-impact opportunities, emerging trends, and shifting consumer behaviors in the property tech space.

Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market plans, including strategic positioning and competitive pricing models.

Data-Driven Optimization: Own key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize A/B testing and data analytics to continuously optimize the platform for conversion and growth.

✅ Who We're Looking For

Minimum of 7+ years of proven experience in digital product management, preferably within high-growth environments.

Strong financial acumen, with the demonstrated ability to build ROI models and manage product-related investment justifications.

Advanced proficiency in data analysis, tracking tools, and A/B testing platforms to drive performance-based decision-making.

Exceptional technical comprehension, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on system architecture.

Prior experience in managing marketplace digital products or PropTech platforms is a distinct advantage!
