1. Manage recruitment activities, including job postings and interview arrangements

2. Prepare and manage employee agreements and HR documents

3. Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, attendance, and leave records

4. Coordinate daily use, maintenance, and servicing of company vehicles

5. Process employee expense reimbursement claims

6. Manage office supplies and administrative documentation

7. Coordinate with vendors and external service providers

8. Support management with HR and administrative tasks


Requirements：

· Experience in HR and Administrative work

· Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible

· Good communication skills

· Able to handle confidential information

· Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Email)

· Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English;

· Mandarin-speaking candidates will be extra advantage
