BD and its affiliates and subsidiaries (BD) do not accept any liability for fees for resumes from recruiters or employment agencies (“Agency”), without a binding, written recruitment agreement between BD and Agency describing the services and specific job openings (“Agreement”). Agreements will only be valid if in writing and signed by an officer of BD or their designee. No other BD associate is authorized to bind BD to any agreement regarding the placement of candidates by an Agency. Any email or verbal contacts with any person within BD is inadequate to create a binding agreement. Agencies without an Agreement may not contact any hiring managers of BD with recruiting inquiries or resumes. BD may consider any candidate for whom an Agency has submitted an unsolicited resume and explicitly reserves the right to hire those candidate(s) without any financial obligation to the Agency, unless an Agreement is in place.
