Position Overview: We're seeking a Front Desk Administrator who is passionate about creating a positive first impression and keeping our office running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors with a warm and professional welcome, assisting them with inquiries and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including answering and routing phone calls, handling emails, and receiving/distributing mail and packages.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area, ensuring all necessary materials and resources are available.
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining office records.
- Complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Experience & Attitude: Fresh graduates are welcome! Some experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus. We are looking for a proactive and positive individual who is open to training and learning.
- Core Competencies: You must have strong verbal and written communication skills and be proficient with basic office software. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively are also essential.
