DESPATCH

-Minimum Requirement: SPM or any related certificate.
-Language Preferences: Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu and English. "We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients."
-Driving License Needed: Class D, B2 and GDL.
-Delivery & Logistics: Transport documents, goods, and company vehicles to assigned locations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
-Administrative Support: Assist with office duties, mail handling, and errands as needed.
-Vehicle Maintenance: Perform regular checks on company vehicles to ensure they are in good working order.
-Record Keeping: Maintain logs of deliveries, and in some roles, track vehicle routes.
-Communication: Coordinate with superiors for pick-up/drop-off instructions and provide updates to clients if required.
