Senior Executive, Purchasing - Bukit Beruntung

What you'll be doing:

Objective:
-Understanding the company's needs for daily operations to buy goods and services for a company to ensure its operations run smoothly and efficiently.
-Ensure that goods are delivered on time by coordinating with shipping agencies and sellers.

Key Accountabilities:
-Sourcing suppliers that meet the needs of the organization, based on price, quality, availability, and logistical cost.
-Collaborating with internal departments to ensure that customer requests are fulfilled.
-Negotiating with supplier in ways that benefit the company.
-Coordinating with shipping agencies and sellers to ensure timely deliveries and oversee the integrity and quality of delivered goods and services.
-Ensure timely delivery in alignment with the production schedule, maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
-Monitor and control logistics costs to achieve zero premium freight and meet cost-saving targets.

What we're looking for:
-Education: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Management
-Professional Experience:
-Preferably 2 years of experience in Automotive Manufacturing Industry
-Understand and able to interprets in standard requirements for IATF 16949, IATF, 5 Core tools
