Account Executive - Manufacturing Industry

Account Management
Manage and maintain key client and vendor accounts.
Handle accounts receivable/payable, reconciliations, ageing monitoring, collections, and payment follow‑ups.

Cross‑Department Coordination
Liaise between finance and other departments (sales, procurement, operations, warehouse).
Ensure smooth processes for invoicing, payments, and collections.

Reporting
Prepare and present monthly/quarterly financial reports (AR/AP, ageing, cash flow, receivables schedule).

Financial Support
Assist with month‑end closing, cash flow management, expense control, budget vs. actual analysis, and account reviews.
Provide financial insights to support decision‑making by senior management (Accountant / Finance Manager).

Team Supervision
Guide or supervise junior Account Assistants or Executives.
Coordinate workload distribution and ensure accuracy.

Audit & Compliance
Support audit, compliance, SST, and tax matters.
Prepare vouchers, reports, and supporting documentation.
