SHIPPING EXECUTIVE

What you'll be doing
-Coordinate and manage all import and export shipments, including liaising with logistics providers, customs authorities, and other stakeholders
-Prepare and submit accurate documentation, such as bills of lading, customs declarations, and other shipping paperwork
-Track shipments and monitor delivery timelines, proactively addressing any issues or delays
-Maintain detailed records and generate reports on shipping activities and performance
-Assist in the development and implementation of efficient shipping processes and procedures
-Collaborate with the sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of orders

What we're looking for
-Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a shipping or logistics role, preferably in the manufacturing or import/export industry
-Strong understanding of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements
-Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to priorities tasks and meet deadlines
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with the ability to analyse and interpret data
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
-A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
