PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN ( STAMPING - AUTOMATION PROCESS )

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-Perform daily minor maintenance on the automation robotic line in accordance with maintenance SOPs to ensure accurate operations.
-Verify that all automation facilities are safe and compliant with Safety Operating Procedures before process start-up.
-Arrange and prepare production plans, ensuring raw and packing materials are ready to achieve zero waiting time.
-Set up tooling and automation lines according to SOPs and production schedules.
-Run production processes strictly based on SOPs, ensuring accurate output and reject recording.
-Conduct quality checks to confirm process accuracy and compliance with standards.
-Adhere to rules and policies during tool changeovers and shift handovers.
-Perform 5S activities and line clearance at end of production or during tool changeover according to Line Clearance SOP.
-Ensure safety of work place during start/ New setup/ running production
-Escalate issues promptly in cases of automation robotic machine down, tooling down, or part rejections.
-Maintain discipline of packers, 5s, enforce workplace safety and drive efficient production arrangements.
-Support achievement of production KPIs: Output, Quality, Zero Downtime

JOB REQUIREMENTS
-Diploma in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering or Production Management
-Knowledge of Microsoft application
-1-3 years in manufacturing/metal stamping
-Experience in automation/robotic lines will be an added advantage
