1. Memastikan performance layer berada pada tahap yang dikehendaki

2. Memastikan klasifikasi telur di aturkan dengan betul oleh pekerja reban.

3. Melakukan siasatan sekiranya produksi mengalami masalah.

4. Mengurus kerja-kerja pembersihan reban

5. Memastikan keadaan mesin dan peralatan dalam reban berfungsi dengan baik.

6. Memastikan cara pemilihan dan susunan telur adalah betul.

7. Mengatur tugasan pekerja.
