Production & Operations

Support day-to-day cement mill operations to achieve high output and plant efficiency.

Assist in production planning to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.

Monitor power consumption and help improve energy efficiency.

Participate in equipment maintenance planning to keep machines running reliably.

Learning & Continuous Improvement

Get involved in Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Planned Maintenance (PM) activities.

Monitor equipment performance, analyze operating data, and suggest improvements.

Learn how to optimize cement milling processes from technical and cost perspectives.

Safety, Quality & Best Practices

Practice and promote Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) standards on the shop floor.

Gain exposure to ISO, 5S, TPM, TQM, and other quality systems used in modern manufacturing.

Help maintain environmental and quality documentation in line with company standards.

Teamwork & Exposure

Work closely with operators, technicians, and engineers across departments.

Support spare parts planning and basic cost control activities.

Participate in TPM, Small Group Activities (SGA), and plant housekeeping initiatives.

Cross‑Functional Experience

Provide technical support to other production areas when needed.

Take on new responsibilities and projects assigned by your manager.
