Senior IT Executive / IT Executive (Tanjung Malim, Perak)

We are an established manufacturing company involved in car seat production based in Tanjung Malim, Perak. We are seeking a hands-on and capable IT professional to support and manage our daily IT operations.

This role offers exposure to end-to-end IT functions in a manufacturing environment and supported by external vendors and HQ where necessary.

Manage and support IT infrastructure, network and end-to-end user system to ensure smooth daily operations.

Provide support for desktop, mobile devices and office applications.

Support ERP system and assist users with system-related issues.

Ensure data backup, system security and basic network monitoring are in place.

Maintain IT equipment and systems including CCTV, access control and office IT setup.

Coordinate with HQ and vendors for systems support, maintenance and implementation.

Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.
