Patient Care Assistant (PCA) - Multidisciplinary

Respond to patient needs or queries promptly and follow up appropriately.

Assisting in activities daily living of patient e.g. feeding (except tube feeding) & assist in feeding medicine; turning, back care, making beds, ambulation; getting in and out of bed, help in bathing, showering and personal hygiene; help in toileting; help in dressing and undressing clothes; and provision of emotional support.

Adhering to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instruction and policies for all procedures carried out in all areas assigned.

Notifying or reporting to superior if unsure of any patient care.
