We’re looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to connect customers, production, and internal teams seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with customers and production to forecast parts and manage delivery schedules.

Handle customer queries on quality, shipping, and new projects.

Keep internal teams updated with shipment lists, order forms, and reports.

Ensure accurate invoicing, payments, and shipping documents.

Prepare sales and stock reports, keeping data accurate and up to date.
