高中毕业文凭或同等学历;相关领域(例如,制造技术、质量量保证)的文凭者优先。
入门级职位,适合对制造业环境中的质量控制有浓厚兴趣的应届毕业生。
对制造过程和质量控制原则有基本了解。
熟练的数据输入和记录保存能力,注重细节和准确性。
能够根据既定指南对产品和组件进行基本的目视检查。
熟悉文件程序以及维护准确质量记录的重要性。
能够遵循指示并有效地作为团队的一员工作。
基本的计算机知识,包括使用Microsoft Office套件(Word1、Excel)的经验。
岗位职责
协助对进厂原材料、过程中的组件和成品进行检验和测试,以确保它们符合既定的质量标准和规范。
使用指定的表格、日志和公司质量管理系统,准确记录和报告吉检验结果、测试数据以及任何不合格项。
录入质量相关信息的数据,包括检验报告、测试结果和材料可可追溯性记录,确保准确性和完整性。
支持质量控制团队维护有条理且最新的质量文件,包括标准操作程序(SOP)、作业指导书和检验计划。
参与生产线上的基本质量检查和产品目视检查,识别并标记任何潜在的缺陷或与标准的偏差。
