展示解决问题的能力,能够高效地解决客户的问题和投诉。
熟悉Shopee、Lazada和TikTok等电子商务平台者优先考虑。
能够以专业和及时的方式处理和解决客户投诉,确保客户满意度旺。
岗位职责
通过电话、电子邮件、在线聊天等渠道,及时有效地响应客户咨询和问题。
处理客户投诉,找出问题的根本原因,并提供合适的解决方案,确保客户满意。
维护和更新客户数据库,记录客户互动和问题解决方案,以便路跟踪和改进服务质量。
与电商平台(如Shopee、Lazada、TikTok)上的客户进行沟通,处理订单、退货、退款等相关事宜。
协助处理在线订单,包括订单确认、发货跟踪和库存管理,确保保订单流程顺畅。
收集客户反馈,分析客户需求和痛点,向管理层提供改进产品和和服务的建议。
参与客户服务团队的培训和学习,不断提升客户服务技能和知识水平。
