Job Description
• 为所有客人提供从入住到退房的卓越客户服务。
•监督前台日常运营，包括管理预订、入住、退房和客人咨询。
•培训和监督前台团队，培养协作高效的工作环境。
•及时、专业地处理客人投诉和解决问题。
• 使用酒店的物业管理系统（PMS）维护准确的客人记录并高效处理付款。
•根据需要协助酒店的各项运营，展现灵活性和支持团队的意愿。
。擅长并能组织各项行政工作。
•能够用英语、马来西亚语和普通话与客人及同事进行有效沟通。
•在所有任务中展现出色的细节关注度，从管理预订到处理客人请求。
岗位职责
•负责前台日常运营，确保入住和退房流程顺畅，处理宾客问询，并迅速专业地解决问题。
• 监督和培训前台员工，提供服务标准、操作流程和宾客互动方面的指导，以培养高绩效团队。
•管理并确保 OTA 和预订、账单系统中的房间库存准确无误。
• 协助制定和实施前台流程。
•与酒店其他部门（如客房部和工程部）协调，确保宾客服务的顺畅交付。
•准备前台活动、入住率和宾客反馈的日常报告，供管理层审阅。
• 遵守酒店安全规程和政策，确保宾客及其物品的安全和隐私。
