Job Responsibilities工作职责

会计(Accounting)
处理基础会计工作:应付账款(AP)、应收账款(AR)、数据录入

开具发票、收据及付款凭证

协助银行对账及简单的月结工作

维护财务文件及资料的整理与归档

行政(Administration)
负责文件整理、归档及一般行政事务

协助会议安排及基本行政协调工作

回复简单的客户咨询(电话 / 电邮)

支持日常运营及完成管理层安排的临时任务

任职要求
会计、商业或相关专业,大专及以上学历;如无相关学历,具备相关工作经验者亦欢迎申请。

具备1年相关经验者优先;欢迎应届毕业生申请(提供培训)

具备基本 Microsoft Excel 和 Word 操作能力(简单函数即可)

细心、愿意学习、积极主动

有责任感,能够按时完成工作
