Job Description

Ascertains that all appropriate signatures of approval appear on the invoices prior to processing in the Accounts Payable system.
Codes each invoice with the appropriate general ledger expense account numbers and supplier number and inputs into A/R system.
Processes payments to suppliers according to procedure and submits payment voucher with supporting documentation to Financial Controller for signature.
Reconciles all creditors’ accounts on a monthly basis and liaises with suppliers to resolve all discrepancies.
Maintains accurate and up to date filing system on paid accounts
Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
