Account Cum HR

Requirements
-Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
-Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior account executive or similar role, preferably in the Accounting and Financial Accounting & Reporting industry
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data
-Proficient in the use of accounting software SQL and MS Office suite
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Experience in handling HR-related tasks, including employee relations and compliance
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Responsibilities
-Oversee all aspects of financial accounting and reporting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and tax compliance
-Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
-Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
-Assist with the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems and processes
-Manage employee onboarding, training, and performance reviews
-Serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries and issues
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective operations
