Huraian Kerja / Deskripsi Jawatan

Key Responsibilities
-Manage full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, journals).
-Prepare monthly closings: P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and schedules.
-Handle invoices, payments, receipts, credit notes, and aging reports.
-Reconcile accounts and resolve variances with proper documentation.
-Prepare SST workings/submissions and support external audits.
-Maintain fixed asset register, accruals, prepayments, and adjustments.
-Collaborate with operations/HR/Procurement to validate costs and improve controls.

Requirements
-Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent).
-Minimum 2–3 years’ experience handling full set of accounts.
-Proficient in accounting systems and MS Excel; strong reconciliation skills.
-Able to work on-site in Batu Ferringhi (Lone Pine Hotel); organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
-Hotel/hospitality accounting experience is an added advantage.
