Account Executive

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full set account for subsidiaries, eg: Malaysia, Middle East, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia.
- Prepare monthly PL & BS accounts and analysis.
- To ensure an accurate and timely month end close- Journal entries and account reconciliation for prepaids, accruals, fixed assets and various other accounts.
- General Ledger Process - Input standard Journal (Accrual, prepayment and etc) and check or reconcile balance sheet schedule in monthly basis.
- Prepare VAT return on quarterly basis.
- Assist in year end statutory reporting and corporate tax.
- Assist in all financial reporting matter include monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting.
- Assist with ad-hoc project and management inquiries.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin is added advantage.
- At least 5 years work experience in accounting field and full set of account.
