Account Executive

Responsibilities

About the Role:
Are you ready to own the full spectrum of finance and accounts operations? Join our team as a Finance & Accounts Executive and gain hands-on experience managing financial statements, audits, tax, and daily operations while contributing to the growth and efficiency of the company.

What You’ll Do:

Manage financial and management accounts independently.

Prepare audit schedules and liaise with external auditors.

Prepare tax computations and coordinate with tax agents.

Support internal reporting and daily operations, including invoicing.

Handle document filing, archival, and payment processing end-to-end.

Prepare bank reconciliations and journal entries.

Take on ad hoc assignments and contribute to process improvement.

Experience & Personal Skills:

Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Eager to learn and take ownership of financial processes.
