Account Executive

任职资格
-Possess at least LCCI or equivalent.
-At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Good administration, organizational and interpersonal skills.
-Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
-Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and in an organized way.
-Good computer skills in Microsoft Office application.

Job responsibilities:
-Daily reconciliation of all broker's statement, position deposit, balance and rollover cost.
-Prepare the hedging statements for all the inter-companies for billing purposes.
-Perform revaluation of the hedging position at month end.
-Prepare and pass accounting entries if required.
-Perform hedging in the absence of Head of Department.
-Daily reconciliation of all the transactions in our platform with the hedging positions done
with MKS.
-Manually hedge if there are any drops of unhedged position.
-Arrange the withdrawal of physical gold, hedging position with customer's outstanding
positions ensuring they are fully hedged.
